The best way to get involved in this groundbreaking movement is to start publishing your work online under the Creative Commons licence, which provides a flexible range of protections and freedoms. This will also help spread awareness for the initiative.

So how do you apply for a Creative Commons licence? Simple, just use our publishing tool. First, you will be asked to select a Creative Commons licence matching your preferences. After this is done, follow the instructions to include a html code in your work.

The html code will automatically generate the “Some Rights Reserved” icon and a statement that your work is licensed under a Creative Commons licence. The icon gives notice to others that your work is licensed under Creative Commons, as well as of the type of Creative Commons licence which governs your work.
